Responsibilities

This is what you do

Dyanix is a solutions provider in the broad area of digital transformation. As a Procurement Specialist, you play a key role in managing and improving our procurement and supply chain activities. You are responsible for operational purchasing, supporting supply chain efficiency, and ensuring inventory availability across our European operations. This includes everything from placing purchase orders (for trading products, spare parts, and more) to contributing to supply chain optimization initiatives. You will be working closely together with our sales, service and warehouse teams.


This is how you do it

You are structured and proactive in your daily work and enjoy maintaining an overview of supply chain activities. You monitor flows, coordinate with colleagues across departments and countries, and think ahead to prevent disruptions. Your analytical mindset helps you spot inefficiencies and propose improvements, while your practical attitude ensures that urgent purchasing tasks are handled swiftly and accurately.

 

You reinforce

You will work independently and interacting closely with your colleagues in sales, service and warehouse operations. You also serve as a backup for logistics activities in the Houten warehouse and contribute to optimizing inventory across our European network.

Qualifications

You've got what it takes

  • 2-3 years of experience/a background or education in the field of in supply chain, logistics or business administration.
  • You are accurate, reliable and are willing to learn
  • You ideally have some experience with ERP systems (we use Odoo)
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus
  • You enjoy working collaboratively , but can also take initiative independently
  • You are comfortable with a hands-on role that includes both operational purchasing and occasional warehouse backup
