What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative within our Benelux Sales team, you are the first commercial point of contact for our partners. You excel at providing the best service to customers, ensuring they can rely on you for all their inquiries. You represent Dyanix as the key figure for our clients—your satisfaction comes from their satisfaction.

 

You are the essential link between customers, account managers, and our internal organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a large number of personal sales accounts.

How you'll do it
  • Responding to incoming commercial inquiries quickly and efficiently while identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Using your enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility to help partners find the right solutions.
  • Leveraging your creativity to position Dyanix as a value-added distributor in the digital transformation market, contributing to revenue and market share growth.
  • Your Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting quotation processes and project orders.
  • Actively serving existing customers while seeking out new potential clients.
  • Acting as an extension of our suppliers towards mutual customers.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Expanding your product knowledge through internal and external training sessions.
  • Identifying and reporting market trends and developments.
  • Advising partners on projects and end-customer requests.
Your team

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the Dyanix Sales team, which focuses on the fast-growing digital transformation market in the Benelux. You’ll be working in a small, professional, and enthusiastic team that prioritizes customer-oriented and solution-driven approaches. Together, you strive to achieve ambitious goals. You will be based in our sales office in Houten.

What you bring
  • A Bachelor’s (HBO) or equivalent vocational degree (MBO+), or relevant work experience.
  • Affinity with hardware, software, and IT.
  • Strong communication skills, enjoying frequent customer interaction.
  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to drive new business.
  • A customer-focused, flexible, and commercial attitude.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written), a third language is a big plus.
