Here's what you’ll do
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within our Customer Success Team, you will create quotations for our partners and colleagues. If the quotation becomes an order, you ensure optimal order processing. You know better than anyone how to serve customers and ensure that they can come to you with their questions. Only when the customer is satisfied you are satisfied, too.
You are the indispensable link between the customer, the account managers and the internal organization.
You are responsible for contract renewals and are proactive in this. You will be rewarded extra for the extensions.
You keep track of the e-mail boxes and swiftly respond to the customer. You pick up the phone to get a quick answer or response from the customer. Because of your active attitude, enthusiasm, and quick thinking in terms of solutions, you can work efficiently and be goal-oriented. If you receive a sales signal, you start a conversation with the customer or refer them to the account managers.
Dyanix is an international company with offices in the Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria. It is important that you speak one or more foreign languages in addition to your mother tongue, preferably German and French. English is our working language within Dyanix.
