We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can steer the entire order process in the right direction, resulting in a satisfied customer. You make the quotation and ensure the customer places your next order through your optimal service.

Here's what you’ll do

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within our Customer Success Team, you will create quotations for our partners and colleagues. If the quotation becomes an order, you ensure optimal order processing. You know better than anyone how to serve customers and ensure that they can come to you with their questions. Only when the customer is satisfied you are satisfied, too.

You are the indispensable link between the customer, the account managers and the internal organization.

You are responsible for contract renewals and are proactive in this. You will be rewarded extra for the extensions.

Here's how you’ll do it

You keep track of the e-mail boxes and swiftly respond to the customer. You pick up the phone to get a quick answer or response from the customer. Because of your active attitude, enthusiasm, and quick thinking in terms of solutions, you can work efficiently and be goal-oriented. If you receive a sales signal, you start a conversation with the customer or refer them to the account managers.

Dyanix is an international company with offices in the Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria. It is important that you speak one or more foreign languages in addition to your mother tongue, preferably German and French. English is our working language within Dyanix.

As a Customer Service Representative at Dyanix, you can have the opportunity to use your creativity to position Dyanix as a value-added distributor in the digital transformation market and thus grow revenue and market share.


Furthermore:

  • You create quotations and sales orders
  • You support our account managers
  • You are the connector between Sales and Service
  • You gain your product knowledge by following internal and external training courses
  • You create contracts and process the contract renewals
  • You use your sales skills to sell additional products

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work within Dyanix's Customer Success Team, which focuses on the fast-growing digital transformation market in the Benelux. In this position, you will work in a small, professional, and enthusiastic team that is customer—and solution-oriented and likes to achieve the set goals. You will work from our main office in Houten.

You've got it
  • HBO / MBO+ working and thinking level or equivalent through experience
  • Affinity with Hardware/software and ICT
  • Have good communication skills and enjoy having much contact with customers
  • Customer-oriented, flexible and commercially minded
  • Works in a structured and orderly manner and are administratively strong
  • Are curious and eager to learn
  • Have two to three years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of the Dutch, English and French language, both verbally and in writing.
